Rishabh, is a second-generation family business entrepreneur. He is a graduate from the Zarb School of Business, Hofstra University, New York, USA. His first brush with startups was being part of the core team who developed Kaya life. In 2010, he launched his mother's hobby 'Soap Opera' which started with a line of handmade soaps. While working here Rishabh founded Sharrp Ventures - the Mariwala Family Office and presently is the Managing Partner.

Divya Gupta is a Principal at Sharrp Ventures, leading investments in consumer brands across fashion, beauty, health, and food. She has been investing in the Indian consumer space for around a decade and is passionate about supporting founders who are enduring brands that are disrupting the Indian consumption market.Before joining Sharrp, Divya worked at Aavishkaar Capital and DSG Consumer Partners in investments team, where she led investments in companies such as Zouk, GoBolt, Jaypore, Soulfull, Farmley, Godesi, Secure Health, and Connect India to name a few. She holds an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. She is also a visiting faculty at NMIMS, where she teaches MBA students about fundraising and venture investing.

Akshit is an MBA graduate from the Indian School of Business (ISB), with a double majors in Finance and Marketing. Akshit joins Sharrp on the back of 4 years of experience, across Consulting and Corporate Strategy. He worked most recently in Corporate Strategy at Aakash Education, where he was part of the CEO’s Office, helping the leadership take strategic growth decisions. His prior work in Consulting, covered a wide range of sectors including consumer products, education, healthcare, logistics and technology.

Himanshu has an undergraduate degree from St. Xavier’s college, Kolkata specialising in finance and marketing. He joins after having relevant consumer business building experience at Mosaic Wellness where he worked in the founder’s office and scaled categories in the 0-1 stage. He has hosted consumer startup founders on his podcast called ‘EntreMaze startup school’ which aimed at fostering education around entrepreneurship in India. He joins the Sharrp ventures team with keen interest in consumer brands, healthcare, jewellery and consumer tech space.

Abishek Laxminarayan, with degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Cornell University, started his career at Lehman Brothers in Mergers & Acquisitions. He founded Indavest, focusing on tech and healthcare, before becoming Chief Investment Officer at Catamaran, managing over USD 1Bn. At Catamaran, he expanded U.S. operations, investing in ventures like Paperboat and Acko, and forming joint ventures with Amazon and Aon. Currently, he advises firms like Sharrp Ventures and Nexplay, and is a founding trustee of GoSports Foundation. Abishek, a squash player and wildlife enthusiast, lives in Bangalore with his family.
